POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Product Senior Manager (Corporate Capabilities) is a dynamic and results-driven leader we are seeking to join our team and support the Finance and HR departments in delivering impactful technology solutions. This role will be integral in driving value assessments, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to assess their needs, define product requirements, and bring the right IT resources to each initiative, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and HR processes, experience with the Infor FMS, GHR, and WFM platforms, be skilled in project management, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Value Assessment & Prioritization :
- Partner with Finance and HR teams to assess the value of potential technology solutions, helping define and quantify the business impact
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on value, urgency, and strategic alignment
- Drive the development of clear, actionable roadmaps that reflect business priorities and support organizational objectives

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for supervising both hourly and salaried Members, as well as third-party contractors and vendors.
