POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Product Senior Manager (Corporate Capabilities) is a dynamic and results-driven leader we are seeking to join our team and support the Finance and HR departments in delivering impactful technology solutions. This role will be integral in driving value assessments, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to assess their needs, define product requirements, and bring the right IT resources to each initiative, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and HR processes, experience with the Infor FMS, GHR, and WFM platforms, be skilled in project management, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Value Assessment & Prioritization :

  • Partner with Finance and HR teams to assess the value of potential technology solutions, helping define and quantify the business impact
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on value, urgency, and strategic alignment
  • Drive the development of clear, actionable roadmaps that reflect business priorities and support organizational objectives

End-to-End Solution Delivery :

  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring all initiatives meet business needs and are delivered on time and within scope
  • Work with IT teams, business analysts, and vendors to ensure the right technical solutions are implemented for Finance and HR priorities
  • Manage the backlog, define user stories, and break down complex requirements into deliverable features and milestones
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Act as a liaison between the Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and understanding of requirements and project goals
  • Coordinate with IT and data teams to identify resource needs, ensure capacity for prioritized initiatives, and address any technical constraints
  • Provide continuous feedback to IT teams and business stakeholders to refine solutions and improve functionality
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Finance and HR technology initiatives, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with business leaders and stakeholders, facilitating meetings and workshops as needed to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Actively monitor the performance and ROI of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and value realization
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices :

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in both Finance, HR, and technology, leveraging new insights to enhance solution delivery.
  • Advocate for a user-centered approach, continuously improving product design, user experience, and process efficiency.
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Infor FMS, GHR, or WFM solutions as a user or implementer.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and HR business processes, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and align IT effort and resources with business objectives.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide IT teams to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and adapt to changing strategies and trends.
  • Strong project management skills, with an understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing environment and to leading the organization through change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position is responsible for supervising both hourly and salaried Members, as well as third-party contractors and vendors.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
