Responsible for serving food, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to the Hotel standards.

Responsible for serving food, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to the Hotel standards.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following
- Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks (food orders where applicable).
- Adhere to the proper par stock ordering procedures.
- Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the Lounge area.
- Monitor and maintain the floor sections and Lounge area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of flare bartending skills and the basic functions of beverage operations.
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages.
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
