Responsibilities
The Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies for Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This position is responsible for overseeing revenue management functions, including demand forecasting, inventory control, pricing optimization, and distribution channel management. Working closely with key stakeholders across departments, the Revenue Manager will develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and market share while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following :
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability.Analyze market trends, competitive data, and historical performance to adjust pricing and inventory strategies proactively.Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
Forecasting & Data Analytics
Oversee the creation of daily, weekly, and long-term demand forecasts, adjusting strategies based on evolving market conditions.Utilize revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, GDS, and data analytics tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing booking patterns, distribution channels, and guest segmentation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.Work closely with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to optimize online distribution and promotional strategies.Support the call center and reservations team with training on revenue management best practices.
Systems & Distribution Management
Maintain and optimize revenue management systems, ensuring seamless integration with distribution platforms.Oversee rate parity across all channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and corporate partners.Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system capabilities and reporting functionalities.
