Job Responsibilities:

• 100 outbound phone calls/day.
• Attempting multiple customer contact methods such as, on the phone, via text and email.
• Selling appointments to visit our establishment!
• Maintain customer relations through our owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clients.
• Provide our customers with relevant vehicle information and price quotes.
• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features and customer database.
