- Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, text, and phone
- Guide customers through the sales process – from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a high show-to-sale ratio
- Build strong rapport and follow up consistently with all leads
- Use our CRM (DealerSocket) to track progress, notes, and customer communication
- Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
