About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch and management of Fonterra’s new global B2B e-commerce platform, myNZMP Link. Reporting to the Director Strategic Transformation - GMI you will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s success, driving process improvements, and collaborating across multiple regions and functions to deliver a seamless experience for our customers. In addition to this you will:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the platform, working with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Supply Planning.
- Lead the onboarding of new customers and support them in maximizing the platform’s value.
- Drive the refinement of processes to ensure optimal platform performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Be at the forefront of establishing a new digital sales channel, influencing its growth and direction globally.
About you
You’re a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for e-commerce, sales operations, and process excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have a keen eye for detail and strategic execution. In addition to this you will have:
- Experience in sales, channel management, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize platform performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, working across global teams.
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to create and refine operational workflows.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and analytical software (Excel, Power BI).
- A collaborative approach, able to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
