Doctronic is seeking a Head of Growth (Marketing) to build and execute a dynamic growth strategy, including PLG, driving acquisition, activation, and revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires managing all aspects of growth and marketing independently for the first year, with the potential to build a team later. Responsibilities include owning the full Pirate Funnel (AAARRR), managing marketing channels, and managing / owning social media channels.
- Build out Doctronic’s PLG strategy and execute toward annual goals.
- Own the full Pirate Funnel (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
- Manage all marketing and social media channels and execute a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Identify new growth channels
- Scale, operate, and ultimately build a lean, nimble, and highly fast-moving PLG marketing machine.
- Drive user acquisition across paid media, social media, influencers, earned media, community, channel partners, and other partnerships.
- Optimizing activation and onboarding to drive free-to-paid conversion.
- Full lifecycle marketing to increase retention and expansion.
- Leveraging off-page, web, and product data to drive PLG (Product-Led Growth).
- Data-driven decision-making, owning and optimizing the full Pirate Funnel of KPIs.
- Testing new channels, hiring team members to scale those channels, and leading a high-impact growth team.
- Building a comprehensive brand that resonates with subscription-minded consumers (users).
- Self-starter with a strong problem-solving and growth mindset.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from six to seven or eight figures.
- Previous hyper-growth startup experience at a company between pre-Seed and Series B.
- Experience leveraging AI and workflow automation in daily professional life.
- 7 years of experience in marketing a product-led growth (PLG) or consumer SaaS business.
- Expertise in managing multiple marketing channels, including paid media, social media, influencer, earned media, and community building.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets of $100K per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Background in developing and scaling communities.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, etc.
- Proven track record of building viral growth referral loops with high K-factors.
- Prior experience at a business with revenue centered around high daily active usage (DAU), such as dating, gaming, or social media.
