JOB SUMMARY :
Responsibilities associated with this position involve maintaining the office premises in the cleanest most professional manner possible.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Daily maintenance of all offices and bathrooms.
- Responsible for cleaning windows.
- Collects and shreds documents from various departments.
- Collects and empties trash from offices and bathrooms.
- Breaks down all cardboard boxes for disposal.
- Collects trash and debris from around the outside of the building.
- Vacuum carpets in the offices.
- Clean coffee pots and maintain cleanliness of break rooms.
- Other duties as required.
