This role is accountable for leading and developing a team of food service professionals to deliver superior results within the supermarket's deli department.

- To teach, mentor, and train food service staff, including the implementation of policies, procedures and company-wide initiatives.
- To oversee all aspects of deli operations including visual merchandising, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and supplies ordering and receipt.
