- Create a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Operate cash register systems accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with precision and speed
- Prepare and present high-quality beverages and food products, adhering to strict recipe and presentation standards
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote our company culture, values, and mission
- Consistently operate and maintain equipment according to routine and safety procedures
- Follow company food safety programs and protocols
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous food service or coffee experience a plus but not necessary
- Ability to learn and mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Knowledge of ingredients used in various products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
