Dining Associate - Food City

Job Title

This role plays a vital part in supporting our mission of excellence through exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous interactions at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to provide a positive working environment for colleagues and customers.
• Prepare and serve 'Quality' food & products that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to various tasks such as slicing meats and cheese, serving food and drinks, and handling telephone orders.
• Participate in maintaining Food Safety standards and assist in inventory management.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in the food service industry is highly valued, although not mandatory.
• Capacity to meet standard physical, mental, and visual requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
