Job Description:
The Food Service Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality food products at Food City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and promoting teamwork.
- Prepare and serve 'Quality' food & products that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assist with various tasks, including slicing meats and cheese, serving food and drinks, and handling telephone orders.
- Participate in maintaining Food Safety standards and assist in inventory management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in the food service industry is highly valued, although not mandatory.
- Capacity to meet standard physical, mental, and visual requirements.
