Food Express Inc. is seeking a weekend dispatcher supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that orders are filled in a timely and efficient manner, while also providing outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
- Resolve and customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Computer Knowledge, efficient in Microsoft office especially excel
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Dispatch experience/knowledge preferred
- TMS and McLeod LoadMaster experience preferred
