About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin Support to join our team in Snackworks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily Money Room transactions, including counting of cash, preparing daily deposit, processing daily reports
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor Customer Care email, distribute all service call and and respond to all requests.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with the coordination of daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all operational requirements are met.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and procedures, and make recommendations for change.
Skills:
As an Operations Admin Support, you will use your strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that our operations run smoothly. You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential in completing administrative tasks, and your ability to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change will help us to continuously improve our processes. Additionally, your experience in the hospitality, tourism, or recreation industry will be beneficial in understanding our unique operational requirements.
