Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure that all products are properly stocked on shelves.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products based on customer needs and preferences to increase sales.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about products and services.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
