Position: Aldo's Manager
Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: $14/hour tips (averaging $23-$26/hr.)
Availability Expectations: Full Time; 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility to work occasional weekend/night shift

About Position:
The Aldo's Manager is expected to effectively run the café during their shift with excellent leadership of the staff in all aspects of service. We want this position to live and breathe hospitality, communicate well with all staff, ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations, field and fix any guest issues, train and direct staff, and other duties as assigned. A successful Manager is attentive to details, friendly, and leads by example. This position must be a hands-on leader who loves working with people. This position must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year(s) Barista experience required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations & ability to obtain Serv Safe certification
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
