Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is set to open in the Spring of 2023 on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Position: Bar Back
Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: With tips: $20-$23/hour

Position Summary:
The Bar Back is responsible for making sure that Bartenders have everything they always need: glasses, garnishes, stocked bottles, etc. This position is on the floor more often than Bartenders, cleaning food and drink spills or going to the walk-in to get more bottles, and therefore act as good lookouts.
Job Requirements:
- Courteous and friendly personality is required
- Observant and thorough
- Responsible, punctual, and team player
- No previous experience is needed
