Position: Counter

Compensation: With tips, $15-$19/hour

Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

About Position:

The primary role of a Counter employee is to efficiently take customer orders, process payments, and handle orders both in the restaurant and through various online ordering platforms. Additionally, this position involves assisting with the packaging, labeling, and preparation of to-go and carryout orders.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and welcoming manner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace, particularly during busy shifts.
• Dedication to effective teamwork, collaborating harmoniously with colleagues to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a positive outlook and contribute to a positive work environment.
