Position: General Manager
Status: Exempt/Salary
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000/year

About Position:
The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant operation, including the FOH, BOH, training, finance, payroll, and employee development. The GM must meet or exceed budget goals including revenue, profit, and cost control. The GM is responsible for the oversight of all marketing, promotion, training, hospitality, and the overall health of the business.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- A hospitality-first mindset
- 2 or more years of salaried restaurant management experience
- Experience in leading and training teams of 25 or more employees
- Profit & loss expertise with proven history of revenue growth, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
- Obtain a ServSafe certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment
