A successful candidate will have the following :
FH seeks an experienced Talent and Culture (T&C) Coordinator responsible for the primary administration of International T&C services, including international payroll, pension, benefits, data and information accuracy, and professional service-oriented support for expatriate and international staff to ensure a positive and healthy employment relationship. The qualified T&C Coordinator will have 4 years of experience in HR. The top candidate will also have a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or relevant field.

- Knowledge of Talent and Culture best practices, standards, and principles.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Knowledge of processing international payroll and administration of international benefits.
- Excellent cross-cultural people skills, including the ability to relate to, build trust, and effectively communicate with people from different cultures and at various levels within the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, systems, and documentation.
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures, frameworks, and practices to determine appropriate action.
