Food For The Poor is a faith-based organization dedicated to serving the poorest of the poor. We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes, systems, and team members' experiences.
This role requires strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (Paycom), as well as experience with benefits coordination, new hire onboarding, and HR process management. As a vital link between team members, HR leadership, and internal systems, you will ensure that HR operations remain efficient, compliant, and employee-focused.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, or generalist
- Experience facilitating New Hire Orientation and onboarding processes
