We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the operational efficiency of our Development team, driving growth, and solidifying our organization's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance departmental performance.
- Manage and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to develop and execute fundraising campaigns, including budgeting, timeline management, and donor engagement.
- Provide oversight and guidance to two team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Mastery of operations management principles and practices.
