Devil & Angel Milpitas is hiring! We are a dessert shop located in The Great Mall. We offer handcrafted refreshers, milk tea, bubble smoothie, mochi doughnuts, and other desserts. Devil & Angel strives to continuously develop new desserts to bring to our customers and the world.
The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, self-driven, and more importantly fun and charismatic. Devil & Angel hopes to recruit individuals who can work as a team in an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere.

Crew member
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Greet customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Set up workstations and prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Pack orders correctly in a timely manner
- Make sure fridges are stocked before shift change
- Produce quality desserts in a timely fashion meeting company standards
- Adhere to proper food handling practices
- Prep necessary ingredients for use during shift and for the following day
- Cleaning and closing duties are expected with scheduled deep cleans
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- closing Saturday and Sunday also, holidays are a must
