We offer handcrafted soft serve in a cone or waffle, refreshers, milk tea, bubble smoothie, boba ice cream, mochi doughnuts, and croffle. Devil & Angel strives to continuously develop new desserts to bring to our customers and the world.

Shift Leader Job Responsibilities:
- Directs, administers, and controls hourly operations and activities of facilities.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
- Directs and oversees the business through effective leadership and management of customer service, and quality care.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to employees, as well as informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback.
- Contributes to a strong and robust communications process between all managers and staff within the area to maintain a strong relationships with customers.
- Ensures efficient and economical performance.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education according to policies and procedures including ongoing compliance training.
- Maintaining Crew Member requirements as well
Shift Leader Qualifications / Skills:
- Staffing, planning, and people management
- Promoting process improvement
- Strategic planning
- Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company vision
Experience:
- Minimum 12 months experience in leadership
- Advanced supervisory experience a plus
