Position Overview
The Execute, Sell, Hunt (ESH) Performance Management Director will play a key leadership role in ensuring the success of retail channel priorities through robust tracking, stewardship, and optimization of executional processes. This role is responsible for managing the systems, data, and processes that underpin the ESH framework and driving alignment across Account teams, Bottlers, and stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing the systems, data, and processes that underpin the ESH framework and driving alignment across Account teams, Bottlers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Channel Priorities & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report the monthly sell-in performance of channel priorities by the Retail Account team.
- Monitor and steward the monthly transfer of PicOS (Picture of Success) activities from the Retail Account team to Bottlers.
- PicOS Oversight & Activation Results:
- Review Retail Account team PicOS to ensure:
- On-time publication.
- Proper usage of definitions (e.g., store lists).
- Monthly tracking and stewardship of Executes sold-in per month.
- Track and steward Bottler performance against Account PicOS activities, ensuring alignment and accountability for in-market activation results.
- System, Data, and Process Management:
- Oversee systems, data, and processes supporting ESH, ensuring results are validated for accuracy and effectively communicated in internal and governance routines.
- Collaborate on mitigation plans to resolve gaps between performance and targets.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, data accuracy, and tools to optimize execution.
- Lead the development and project management of ESH deployment across Account teams.
- Facilitate project team meetings to ensure framework implementation and goal alignment.
- Collaborate with the Execution Capabilities team to resolve execution-related gaps in processes, technology, or routines.
- Proven experience in sales operations, project management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills to manage data and identify improvement areas.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives.
