- Collaborate: Work closely with software and digital teams to prototype and integrate innovations.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Aerospace Engineering from ABET-accredited program (or equivalent credentials from non-US institution).
- Related Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a related innovation or design field, with strong knowledge of integrated systems development.
- Integrator: Seamlessly blend disparate technologies (EE, Fluid Handling, Software) into cohesive innovations.
- Team Success: Proven track record of team-driven innovation delivery.
- Design Acumen: Proficient in design tools and methodologies (DFMEA, DVP&R, Agile).
- Stakeholder Value: Communicate technology value to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
- Prototype Mastery: Fabricate and assess working prototypes against technical requirements.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with suppliers for proper capabilities and compliance.
- Problem Solver: Identify gaps, analyze data, and implement technical solutions.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with Creo, Matlab, Python, and Adobe Creative.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of NSF, UL, ETL, or FCC regulations is advantageous.
