As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash, checks, coupons, gift cards, partner cards, food stamps and WIC vouchers
- Assist management in maintaining store standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual
- Collaborate with other store associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
