Responsibilities
- We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and can work effectively as part of a team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- In this role, you will be responsible for greeting each customer, unloading their groceries from the cart, and checking the bottom of every cart and under all baby seats for items before completing an order.
- You will also be expected to scan customers' orders and handle payment transactions, while maintaining accurate cash control and adhering to standard practices.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying customers needing assistance, offering to take their order to their car, and maintaining alertness to call for assistance when needed.
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you must have effective communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred, and you must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions, bend, lift, pull, and stand for extended periods is also required.
