At Food Lion, we are seeking a talented Sales and Bakery Team Member to join our team in the Deli/Bakery department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service within the deli/bakery department.
We are committed to maintaining high standards in accordance with our standard practice manual. Your primary focus will be on assisting the department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service and minimizing shrink.
In this role, you will maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a primary emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate customer service. You will ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation at all times.
