Job Description
This To Go Associate position is a key role in supporting our customers' needs and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments while maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to store policies and procedures related to housekeeping, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Staying up-to-date on company initiatives, best practices, and new technologies, participating in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and navigate a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
