Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for assisting management in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual.
- Assist the department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
- Scan customer orders and handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow procedures in handling cash, checks, coupons, gift cards, partner cards, food stamps, and WIC vouchers.
