- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address inventory discrepancies or issues
- Utilize AS400, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools for data mining and reporting purposes
- Oversee the materials management process, including procurement, storage, and distribution
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in replenishment and supply chain management
- Streamline processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in replenishment or materials management roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in AS400, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their impact on inventory management
- Familiarity with supply chain principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
