About the Role
This To Go Associate position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting sales growth and operational efficiency within the retail operations setting. As a key member of the front-end sales team, you will be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and adhere to company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience by providing personalized service, answering product-related questions, and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Utilize knowledge of store products, promotions, and services to make informed recommendations and suggestions to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments while maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
- Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to store policies and procedures related to housekeeping, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop skills and stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices.
