Job Description
- Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards.
- Become familiar with the Front End Standard Practice Manual and follow procedures for handling cash, checks, coupons, gift cards, partner cards, food stamps, and WIC vouchers.
- Maintain accurate cash control and perform overrides as needed.
- Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take their order to their car.
