Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Location: Tampa, FL

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week or Full-time, 4 to 5 days per week: Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed cosmetic & plastic surgery medical team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care and exhibit proficiency across a range of plastic surgery procedures. We are looking for surgeons that do face and body procedures. Our most popular are tummy tucks, facelifts, neck lifts, liposuction, and breast augmentation

• We typically operate Mon – Thurs from 9 to 4. There are some weeks that are less than 4 days a week, maybe once a quarter we operate all 5 days. Some days the cases are from 9-12, other days the cases are from 9-5:30. We are looking for someone that can be flexible to this schedule.
• We would be able to guarantee a minimum of 7 hours per day, 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs and expectations, providing expert advice and setting realistic outcomes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure clear communication with patients regarding procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of plastic surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in performing a broad range of plastic surgery procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
