BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: Seattle, WA
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice Group in Seattle.
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Bar Admission in Washington.

3–5 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation.

2 years of experience as a litigation attorney in a law firm setting is required.

Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.

Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.

Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

This role offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $260,000-$365,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses.
