COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Portland.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
- Member in good standing of the state bar of the state of Oregon.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.
- Experience with a judicial clerkship is encouraged.
- Strong work ethic, commitment to professionalism, and a drive for excellence.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience with large and sophisticated litigation matters and e-discovery is a plus.
- Superb references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
- Work closely with experienced collaborative attorneys on complex litigation matters, both locally and nationally.
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
