- No remote as this is an 100% onsite position

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Manage Safety, OSHA, Environmental, and Governmental Regulatory programs to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
- Identify, develop, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures based on organizational needs.
- Oversee accident investigations and collaborate with HR on the Worker’s Compensation program.
- Lead the Safety Committee and Government Compliance Committee.
- Ensure compliance with EPA-required programs, including Risk Management, Emergency Planning, and Air Emissions.
- Stay updated on safety, training, and environmental regulations through ongoing education and training.
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 5 yrs of EHS management experience
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
