Carolina Ale House is seeking a talented Key Hourly Manager to join our team in Augusta, GA!
As the Key Hourly, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of hourly employees. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is an hourly position, requiring flexibility with work schedule including working late nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure opening and closing the front-of-house checklists are completed.
- Provide support to Manager-On-Duty (MOD).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene
standards and regulations. - Uphold all company values and standards at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms.
- Assist the managers in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months supervisory experience in a full service restaurant.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
