Food People Restaurant Group is seeking a Key Hourly Manager to join our team in the Columbia market!
We are seeking a dedicated hourly manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and providing leadership and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house operations, including host/hostess stand, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Provide ongoing training for front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in service and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees.
- Handle customer complaints and conflicts effectively and professionally.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
