What You’ll Do:

• Cook and prepare a delicious variety of brunch foods that will have our guests saying “yum” with every bite, following our tried-and-true recipes and specifications.
• Be the guardian of freshness! Monitor the rotation of prepped and batched food items—food safety is key at Carolina Ale House.
• Keep our kitchen spick and span by following all safety and sanitation policies. A clean kitchen is a happy kitchen!
• Use your culinary skills and creativity—rely on recipe cards and measuring tools for precision and consistency in every dish.
• Exhibit teamwork like a culinary rockstar, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our awesome crew to deliver a brunch that shines.
• Help create harmonious vibes by maintaining a positive working relationship with everyone in the kitchen. Good food and good company make for a great brunch!
• Show off your skills by assisting with food preparation 
• Operate kitchen equipment safely like a pro, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
