Position Overview:
We are hiring a sales Manager to lead our team in the Georgia Market. Also referred to as a Market Manager, this role is both strategic and hands-on—providing leadership and support to a team of approximately eight direct sales reps.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team calling on foodservice operations such as restaurants, healthcare facilities, hotels, schools, caterers, and more
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with foodservice distributors to support growth for our manufacturing partners
- Providing strategic oversight and support for the market’s “Market Makers”—the largest and most influential key accounts in the region
- Driving execution of sales plans, team development, and overall market performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate and execute sales priorities to achieve market goals
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable to KPIs (calls, opportunities, conversions, competitive profiles)
- Manage key account assignments and ensure a focused strategy around Market Makers to maximize influence and performance
- Conduct performance checkins and evaluations
- Coordinate team meetings, manufacturer visits, food shows, and trainings
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturer partners, distributors, and operators
- Model FSE’s Core Values in all internal and external interactions

- 3 years of sales management experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Extreme ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills across all levels
- Foodservice experience is a plus

Additional Details:
- Fulltime, salaried position with bonus opportunity

- Travel required within the market, including some overnight travel
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 lbs., load/unload equipment and samples, carry bags in and out of accounts, stand or walk for up to 11 hours during food shows, and drive long distances between customer calls.
