Job Summary
To be a difference-making sales representative that fits our company culture. This person will be calling on and building long-term relationships with foodservice establishments, including restaurants, hospitals, hotels, colleges and universities, caterers, B&I accounts, and healthcare facilities. The position also includes working with foodservice distributors across the market area.
LOCATION - Knoxville, TN
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to lift up 40lbs.
Ability to stand on feet for up to 11 hours.
TRAVEL
Occasional overnight travel will be required.

LOCATION - Knoxville, TN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute sales activities, achieve product volume goals, and drive to maximize revenue growth
- Develop and manage a new business pipeline, initiated through prospective customers
- Maintain key relationships at all levels of their account base
- Create and execute against a period sales plan
- Reporting requirements, including:
- Submitting a weekly itinerary
- Maintaining a key account list, filling out and turning a monthly expense report
- Reporting all qualified sales calls in our CRM (SFDC)
- Other duties as assigned or necessary
- Organizational skills a must
- Selfmotivated
- Eagerness to learn
- Develop strong working relationships with Manufacturers/Clients, Operators, and Distributors
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to specific market conditions
- Capable of setting clear goals and objectives
- Food industry experience a plus
- Sales experience a major plus
- Restaurant operations and culinary or cooking Experience a plus
- Restaurant management experience a plus
- High competence with Excel, Outlook and other productivity software
