What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafeteria Worker - Floater position at Food Services?
Bellefonte Area School District is accepting applications for the position of a Cafeteria Floater (2 positions).
Duties:
Responsible for preparing food, serving meals, and cleaning the cafeteria, cash drawer operations, computer point of sale, interacting with students and staff.
Qualifications:
Academic: Minimum – High school diploma.
Experience: Preferred - Experience working in food service operations, cash drawer operations.
Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
Communication: Ability to pleasantly and effectively interact with students and staff.
Work Day: 7:15 a.m- 12:45 p.m.; 5.0 hours/day (subject to change)
Work Year: 180 days/year; 9-month position; 3 paid holidays
Level: C
