- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
- Ensure superior food and beverage service; maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Coordinate daily FOH and BOH operations
- Regularly view product quality and employee efficiency
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, etc.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s image within the local community and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and maximize profits
