COOK JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (prepped vegetables, dressings, meats, etc.)
- Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, presentation, and cleanliness with prepared dishes.
- Work well with teammates to ensure maximum potential and communication.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment during shifts.
- Meet all Food Safety requirements (ensure all food and other items are stored properly, minimum internal cooking temperatures, etc.)
- Come to work on-time for scheduled shifts, prepared and in proper uniform.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu selection and current features.
