What You’ll Do :
- Lead and motivate a talented catering dispatch team of 15, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
- Coordinate daily orders and routing to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee inventory, packing, and food quality checks—nothing gets past you!
- Be the problem solver when it comes to building maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving day-of challenges.
- Train, mentor, and inspire new employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure the highest standards for health, cleanliness, and professionalism across the team.
- Continuously optimize our procedures as we grow to accommodate our expanding clientele.
