We're currently seeking Event Coordinators to join our team in various markets. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality or events who are eager to learn about food service and work with great customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Fooda events, including setup, teardown, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
- Support colleagues as back-up cashiers at Fooda Cafés and handle driving responsibilities, delivering equipment and food to Fooda sites.
- Become proficient with our technology and standard operations procedures.
- Solve issues related to incorrect orders, late deliveries, restaurant arrivals, or email communication errors.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with our point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
- Develop and implement on-site promotions and mobile app coaching for Fooda.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues directly with consumers.
- Audit restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality.
- Escalate issues to Operations Managers when necessary for further assistance.
