What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at FoodFight?
Job Summary:
FoodFight is looking to grow our amazing team with energetic Brand Ambassadors that will represent and promote FoodFight, our partners, and clients - which include some of the largest F&B brands in the world - across our San Diego network.
As a FoodFight Brand Ambassador, you'll promote FoodFight's unique social competition platform, where sports fans compete for food & beverages, creating an electric experience for fans watching their favorite sports, at their favorite sports bars and restaurants. Losers pay, winners eat!
You will play a key role in increasing FoodFight's brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving customer acquisition, as well as promoting our F&B partners. This role requires very strong communication skills, high levels of accountability, creativity, and a passion for connecting people through sports and food experiences. If you're enthusiastic about marketing, customer interaction, and attending local events, we want you on our team!
Please note that candidates must be 21 years old.
Duties:
- Represent FoodFight at local events, sporting events, and festivals to directly interact with potential users.
- Execute product demos, engage with customers, and collect feedback to improve product & marketing efforts.
- Promote the FoodFight platform at events and social media to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional content and materials.
- Build relationships with customers and local businesses to enhance our community presence.
Skills:
- Customer Engagement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for consumers and customers in the field.
- Sales and Marketing: Experience in promoting products and driving customer engagement through creative and nimble strategies.
- Problem Solving: In the field, things can happen on the fly that may not be part of the original plan. We look for folks with a willingness to take a problem head-on, identifying and executing best solution with integrity.
- Social Media: Proficient in generating and creating engaging social media content.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
