Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Sales/Customer Service
Location: FoodPRO (Frederick, MD)
Pay: Starting at $18.00/Hr
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Summary:
FoodPRO is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support daily activities including taking orders over the phone, providing excellent customer service, and working with our outside sales force. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, team-player who truly enjoys working with people.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding to and fulfilling e-mail requests in a timely manner
- Contacting customers and taking orders over the phone
- Coordinating orders with our outside sales team
- Running and Analyzing reports
- Initiating Credits
- Verifying orders for accuracy
- Uphold company and department standards while maintaining a professional environment
- Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- 1 years of experience in an office environment
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Qualifications:
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Environment Details: Office
Hours: Sunday-Thursday: Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Sunday 12:00pm-5:30pm
